2022 Wuhan Summer Economic and Trade Exchange and Signing Ceremony for Investment Promotion Projects was held on July 9, in Wuhan, with attendance of more than 100 representatives from world’s top 500 companies, well-known multinational companies, advanced manufacturing companies, key central enterprises, private enterprises, and financial institutions.

  72 projects worth 177.845 billion yuan were signed on site, relating to industries of high-end equipment manufacturing, automobile manufacturing and services, as well as big health and biotechnology.

  Statistics showed that since April this year, Wuhan has brought in 321 investment projects with a total value of 529.063 billion yuan, out of which, the number industrial projects recorded 125 with a total value 218.592 billion yuan, accounting for 41.32 percent of the total.
