On May 11, a freight train, fully loaded with mechanical products, electronic products, clothes, shoes and hats, departed from Wujiashan Station in Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, heading for Duisburg, Germany.

  Up to May 15, the China - Europe freight trains have made 88 trips from Wuhan, 11 percent higher than the same period of last year.

  With continuously expanding of China - Europe Railway Express (Wuhan), the freight trains running on the line have been able to link Wuhan with over 60 cities in 28 countries. The shipments sent out by outbound trips have diversified to electronic products, auto parts and complete vehicles, chemicals, specialty fruits, cultural products, etc, while the inbound trips could carry back electromechanical products, electronic products, auto parts and accessories, timbers from Russia, beers from Germany, wines from France and other materials.

  At present, the heavy-duty rate of China - Europe Railway Express (Wuhan) has achieved 97.65 percent, ranking among the front-runners in the country. (hubei.gov.cn by Ruan Xinqi)
