Train X8015, carrying electroniccomponents, clothing, daily necessities and epidemic prevention supplies, departed from Wujiashan station in Wuhan, capital city of central China’s Hubei Province for Duisburg, Germany on March 4.

  In the first two months of this year, Wuhan has recorded 26 outbound trips made by China-Europe freight trains, with a year-on-year increase of 18 percent. A total of 2,022.94 tons of epidemic prevention supplies such as masks, protective clothing and surgical gowns have been transported to Germany, Poland, Italy and other European countries, ascending by 20.6 percent year on year.

  Wuhan has registered 34 inbound trips as of the end of February, soaring by 36 percent year on year. It has injected new impetus into economic development of Wuhan City Circle, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.( Source: en.hubei.gov.cn)
