Hubei introduced 27 environment and business measures to optimize facilitate cross-border trade, according to a notice released by the provincial commerce department and local customs on February 16.

  The measures cover six aspects, including enhancing clearance efficiency, deepening reform to streamline administration, delegate power, improve regulation and upgrade services, supporting high-level opening up, serving market entities, innovating supervision models and strengthening cooperation, the notice said.

  The province will also improve statistical analysis, and develop monitoring and early warning mechanism for import and export, in an effort to stabilize foreign trade.
