Business cooperation and Fortune 500 dialogue with Hubei held in Wuhan

  The Business Cooperation and Fortune 500 Dialogue with Hubei, a business event under the brand of “Hubei 2021 ▪ Cherry Blossom Viewing”, was held on March 24, in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province.

  Hubei’s vice governor Zhao Haishan presided over the opening ceremony, while secretary of the CPC Hubei provincial committee Ying Yong, chairperson of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Gao Yan, Japanese ambassador to China Hideo Tarumi, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in China Alan Beebe, and president of KOTRA China Head Office Hong Changpyo, delivered keynote speeches.

  More than 400 guests from home and abroad, including the Iceland's ambassador to China Gunnar Snorri Gunnarsson, French consul general in Wuhan Olivier Guyonvarch, South Korean consul general in Wuhan Kang Seung-seok, as well as representatives from the chambers of commerce, world's top 500 companies, well-known multinational companies, were brought together to seek cooperation and share opportunities.

  The event was hosted by Hubei Provincial People’s Government, with sponsorship from European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, American Chamber of Commerce in China and Wuhan Representative Office of Japan External Trade Organization.
