In accordance with the unified deployment and requirements of theOrganizing Committee of the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing and China Council for the Promotion ofInternational Trade, activity days of provinces (autonomous regions andmunicipalities directly under the Central Government) will be held during theInternational Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing as an important part of it. Accordingto the unified schedule, from July 4 to 6, 2019, Hubei Provincial People’sGovernment will hold the "Hubei Day" event of the InternationalHorticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing(hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Day").

To ensure Hubei Day event full success, Hubei Provincial People’s Governmentsets up a working group, in which China Council for the Promotion ofInternational Trade, Hubei Sub-Council undertakes main routine work. With the theme of "expecting guests amidst lofty mountains and flowingwater", “Hubei Day” event showcases Hubei carrying out the guidingprinciples of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s addresses during his inspectiontrip to Hubei, its achievements in ecological protection and green development,characteristic culture and the garden art as well as its practices inconducting economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, increasing influence,promoting the opening up to the outside world and realizing high-qualitydevelopment.
