The 2025 Wuhan Investment Promotion Conference opened on Thursday in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province.

  More than 200 representatives from Fortune 500 enterprises, large multinational corporations, innovative technology enterprises and business associations attended the event to discuss cooperation and seek for development.

  "The factory in Wuhan plays a major role in Garrett's global strategic layout. For us, Wuhan is now as important as Shanghai. I believe that the next glorious chapter of the company's development will be written here," said Sean Deason, the Global Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Garrett.

  A total of 148 projects worth 98.49 billion yuan were signed during the conference, covering various fields such as biomedicine, semiconductors, unmanned driving, artificial intelligence, and new energy vehicles. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei)
