Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, announced the establishment of the Changjiang New Area on February 28, 2022. This is an important step taken by the province to support Wuhan in building itself a national central city, drive the co-urbanization development of Wuhan City Circle and promote the high-quality development of east Hubei.
