Hubei Day, a stage presenting the charm of Hubei Province at the Expo 2020 Dubai, was held on Nov. 23, facing the whole world.

  With its main venue in Wuhan, Hubei’s capital city, Hubei Day was held in both online and offline forms, highlighting an online view of Expo 2020 Dubai, an economic and trade conference for Hubei and Gulf Arab countries, and a photo exhibition.

  This event showcased Hubei’s comprehensive advantages in ecology, transportation, science, education, industry and other fields to the world, in a step toward enhancing Hubei’s visibility, reputation, attractiveness, and influence, so as that Hubei could further exchange with other countries in  multiple fields liket echnology , industry and ideas.

  Zhang Shenfeng, the general representative of the Chinese government at the Dubai World Expo and vice chairman of CCPIT, said in a video speech that the event willfully demonstrate the Jingchu culture and further deepen the all-dimensional, multi-tiered and wide-ranging exchanges and cooperation between Hubei and overseas countries and regions.

  Hubei Day also went into China Pavilion of the Dubai Expo at the same time, where photos and videos displaying Hubei’s culture and scenery were presented to visitors online.

  Postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Expo 2020 Dubai is slated to be held from Oct. 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022, featuring Connecting Minds, Creating the Future as its theme.
