Wuhan’s  subway system announced that passengers will be able to pay fares through Alipay,  WeChat pay and Union Pay by binding their account with the Wuhan Metro system on mobile phones from May 30.

  Users of these three apps could get a QR code after registration, with which they can pass through the subway gates. The fare will be deducted from their account.
