The International Cooperation Dialogue for Green Low-Carbon and High-Quality Development 2025, also called the Two Lakes Dialogue, commenced on Tuesday in Montreux, Switzerland.
Jointly hosted by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), the Hubei Hongtai Group, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Hubei Sub-Council (CCPIT Hubei), the event served as a new bridge for collaboration to help Chinese and international business leaders and policymakers exchange mutual learnings and form new partnerships on green and low-carbon development.
The two-day event attracted more than 250 guests from home and abroad, including senior executives of multinational companies, representatives of international organizations, diplomatic envoys and renowned experts. They exchanged views on two key topics including green and low-carbon transformation of industrial chain, as well as carbon accounting and carbon market.
The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) signs a memorandum of cooperation with the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) Hubei, in Montreux, Switzerland, on April 1, 2025.
During the event, the WBCSD issued memorandums of cooperation with the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) Hubei, the Hubei Hongtai Group and the People’s Government of Wuchang District of Wuhan City, so as to further deepen cooperation in the field of green and low-carbon development.
